A product return number will be communicated to the customer as well as the return address for the goods. No goods will be accepted without this return number. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Attention : products must be returned to us in their original, untorn packaging, in perfect saleable condition and complete, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Accessories whose plastic packaging has been opened are not refundable, as are any items used or worn.
Any non-compliant merchandise will be refused reimbursement.
In the case of refundable goods, a refund of the value of the products, in accordance with the purchase invoice and excluding shipping costs, will be made by bank check within 15 days of the date of receipt of the goods.
